Group Discussion Meeting

Supporting agency leaders through transition, growth and career development across Asia Pacific.

Many of the leaders I work with operate in fast moving, high pressure environments across the agency and marketing ecosystem in Asia Pacific. Executive coaching provides a confidential space to reflect, gain perspective and strengthen leadership effectiveness during key moments of change.

My coaching approach is practical, direct and grounded in real industry experience. It draws on leadership frameworks such as the Enneagram while also focusing on the day to day realities of leading teams, managing stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.

01.

Leadership Transition

Many coaching engagements begin when someone steps into a new leadership role or takes on greater regional responsibility.

Coaching provides space to clarify priorities, strengthen decision making and build confidence during the first months in a new position. The goal is to help leaders establish themselves quickly while remaining authentic to their own leadership style.

Leadership Awareness and Growth

A central part of my coaching approach is helping leaders better understand their own leadership patterns, motivations and blind spots.

Tools such as the Enneagram can be particularly powerful in helping leaders understand how they operate under pressure, how they communicate with teams and how they can grow into more effective and balanced leadership.

Career Coaching

Many of the people I coach are also thinking about the next stage of their career. With more than 25 years working in the agency and marketing ecosystem across Asia Pacific, I have built long standing relationships with leaders across the region.

Career coaching often focuses on helping individuals clarify their direction, prepare for leadership transitions, and position themselves for the next stage of their career. Because of my background in executive search, I am also able to provide perspective on the market, leadership opportunities and how individuals can best position themselves for future roles.

Focused Coaching Engagements

Most coaching relationships begin with a short and focused engagement of between three and ten sessions.

These sessions are designed to be practical and impactful rather than open ended. Many of the people I work with are individuals investing in their own development rather than being sponsored by their organisation.

Keeping engagements focused allows coaching to remain accessible while still delivering meaningful insight and change. Sessions are tailored to the individual and often centre around real leadership challenges the person is currently facing.

The goal of coaching is simple:

to help leaders gain clarity, strengthen their leadership and move forward with greater confidence in their role.
