Executive search sits at the core of Tripitakka’s work. Over the past 25 years I have worked across the creative, media and marketing ecosystem throughout Asia Pacific, building long term relationships with leaders across the region.

During that time I have successfully placed senior leaders across most major markets in Asia including Singapore, China, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and India.

Leadership assessment

Executive search at the senior level often requires deeper leadership assessment in addition to identifying candidates.

Where appropriate, I also work with organisations to assess leadership style, motivations and team dynamics using psychological frameworks and assessment tools. These can include leadership frameworks such as the Enneagram, which can help provide additional perspective on leadership behaviour, decision making and team interaction.

This approach allows organisations to better understand how candidates may operate within leadership teams and organisational culture.
