Chief Client Solutions Officer — Global Media Agency, Singapore
ROLE OVERVIEW
This Asia Pacific mandate is with one of the world's largest and most respected media agency networks. The Chief Client Solutions Officer will play a pivotal regional leadership role — responsible for defining and delivering the integrated solutions strategy that the agency brings to its most valued clients across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Regional CEO, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the nexus of client growth, product innovation and commercial leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and lead the solutions strategy for the agency's Asia Pacific client portfolio
• Partner with market leads across the region to build and deliver bespoke, integrated offerings
• Drive commercial growth by identifying new revenue opportunities within existing client relationships
• Oversee the development of the agency's solutions and capabilities agenda for the region
• Work closely with the Regional CEO and global leadership to keep Asia Pacific at the forefront of the agency's most innovative work
• Represent the agency externally as a thought leader on media, marketing and business transformation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
An exceptional senior leader with a distinguished track record in media, data, technology or integrated agency environments at a regional or global level. You will have led complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships across multiple Asia Pacific markets, and be known for your ability to translate business challenges into compelling agency solutions. A strategic thinker and natural communicator, you will bring energy, credibility and a growth mindset to one of the most exciting leadership roles in the Asia Pacific agency landscape.
