ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a defining leadership appointment for a world-class brand design and experience consultancy with an established and growing presence across Asia Pacific. The Managing Director, Asia Pacific will serve as the most senior leader in the region, carrying full P&L accountability and shaping the strategic direction of the business across multiple markets. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of creative leadership and commercial growth, in a region that is increasingly central to the consultancy's global ambitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and grow the Asia Pacific business with full P&L accountability across multiple markets
• Build and sustain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to CMOs and brand leaders across the region
• Drive new business development — identifying, pursuing and converting high-value opportunities
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of creative, strategy and client service professionals
• Collaborate closely with global leadership to align regional strategy with the firm's worldwide vision
• Champion the consultancy's reputation and visibility across the Asia Pacific market

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be a seasoned senior leader with a strong track record in brand, design, creative or integrated agency environments. You will have led significant business units — ideally with regional or multi-market scope — and bring a natural ability to inspire clients and teams alike. Commercial fluency, entrepreneurial instinct and a genuine passion for brand are essential. Experience operating within a global network will be highly valued.
